T. Tex Edwards is an unsung pioneer of cowpunk & honky tonk murder ballads who started out in the '70s with the punk band
Nervebreakers.
His first solo album (with Out on Parole backing) was a stroke of demented genius that caused a stir when released by cult label Sympathy for the Record Industry
Records.
Later records with The Loafin' Hyenas & a collection INTEXICATED followed.
